Achieve Your Goals With This 5 Minute Exercise

Time goes by so quickly. One minute you’re celebrating New Years, the next it’s July! I’ve set a lot of goals in my life. Some of them I’ve reached, many are still out of reach. It’s so easy to set a ton of goals and then months go by and I haven’t taken hardly any actions to make them happen.

In today’s video I share a simple 5 minute exercise I’ve started doing that is helping me make consistent progress in the direction of my dreams.

The 3 Questions:

1. What went well?

2. What did I learn?

3. What are 3 things I’m going to focus on tomorrow?
