For as long as I can remember, I have loved to take nana naps. I’m guessing it started when I was a baby, and it was much more acceptable to nap.

The problem is that although I have always preferred napping to exercise, I know that exercising is an important aspect of living a long and healthy adult life.

A friend gave me an awesome book as a present. It’s Not How Good You Are, It’s How Good You Want To Be by Paul Arden is a guide to making the most of yourself. In the book it talks about taking advantage of the opportunity in your hand, instead of always waiting for the “perfect” opportunity to come along.
